 To ensure top-tier service and availability for all clients, we adhere to the following cancellation policy. A minimum 50% deposit is required at booking, with cancellations within 24 hours receiving a full refund; otherwise, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations within 2 days or same-day reservations must be paid in full.
 

 We offer a 30-minute grace period for domestic flights and a 1-hour grace period for international flights, with adjustments for delays at no extra charge, $15 surcharge for pick-ups between 12:00 am and 5:00 am, 15-minute grace period for non-airport pick-ups, and waiting time charged hourly after the grace period, with overtime billed for hourly services.
